How do I see the written pattern for the fan in a diamond pattern?
Just the diagram, no written pattern. The dot is a chain, the line is a single crochet and the line with the double lines cutting above it is the symbol for a double crochet.
So if you read the first line it has chain 5, then the one in parenthesis of chain 10 is the repetition, then you end with chain 6
turn work around an start the next row that says single crochet into the first chain, chain 4 (miss three chains from the row below and and single crochet into the 4th, 5th and 6th chains, then chain 4 and so on
