The symbols appear to be: dot = chain, t symbol = dc Begin Round: Chain 7 and close First Round: Chain 3 (counts as first dc), dc 23 and slip stitch join to firs dc. Second Round: Chain 3 (counts as first dc), Chain 4, dc2together ( you can see on the diagram where to link them to on the round below), chain 4 and complete the round.
